A History of Independence
Colonial Ridge Club was opened in 1969.
The community consists of 10 cooperative living corporations that are independently governed and managed by their shareholders.
Buildings range in size from 8 units to 20 units. All buildings are two stories and all are within a short stroll to Colonial Ridge Club’s private beach on the Atlantic Ocean.
The overall community is governed by a master management board with representation from each building corporation.
