Our tree maintenance vendor, Mignano Tree Service, will be here on Thursday, October 19, to trim the coconuts from the palm trees.
Please ensure your vehicles are not parked near or under palm trees to allow Mignano to reach them via their trucks.

October 1, 2023 | Water will be off @ 9 am on Monday, October 2, 2023
From Jim Rattray, CRMC President:
The water will be turned off to the entire community on Monday, October 2, at 9 am in order to replace some failed irrigation lines.
We expect the work to take several hours and hope to have the water turned back on by early afternoon.
The work will be done by our irrigation vendor, Paradise Irrigation.
We will send reminder emails on Sunday and Monday as well as an email when the water is turned back on.
If you have renters, please make sure they are informed of this planned water disruption.

On Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 4:00 P.M., a Special Assessment Meeting of the Board of Directors of Colonial Ridge Maintenance Corporation, Inc. will be held remotely by Zoom.
The purpose of this meeting is for the Board to vote on a special assessment to pay for a civil engineer to assess & map CRC water pipes, pool repairs, pool salt water conversion and land lease appraisal.
The final amount will be determined by the CRMC Board at this special meeting.

Work has been mostly completed on the Boardwalk re-decking project and both the Boardwalk and Gazebo have been reopened for use by Shareholders, residents and their guests.
Some minor work remains to be done, so please stay away from any work area while workers are present.
The entire Boardwalk has been re-decked with long-lasting, weather-resistant composite materials and the Gazebo now has a new table and benches.
Gate code change: The new gate code is 3850.

The pool has been reopened after maintenance and cleaning.
October 29, 2021 | Pool & Clubhouse

Pool will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, November 1 and 2, for cleaning of the pool and deck.
There will be a heavy-duty cleaning of the clubhouse on November 9 and 10. Thereafter the clubhouse will be open for use by CRC residents and their guests under the following conditions:
All vaccinated individuals may use the club as in the past.
All unvaccinated individuals should wear a mask and socially distance from others while in the clubhouse.
As I have stated in the past, neither I nor anyone else in CRC should have to act as the "vaccine police" and therefore compliance with the above conditions will be on the honor system.
