Beautification Committee
The Colonial Ridge Beautification Committee, which reports directly to the CRMC Board of Directors, has the following responsibilities:
Assist the CRMC Board and CRC Shareholders in proactively assessing needs for aesthetic improvements, including landscaping, signage and colors, to the community’s common areas.
Help oversee aesthetic improvements projects that have been approved and sanctioned by the CRMC Board.
Provide updates and reports to the CRMC Board at its regularly scheduled meetings.
